Our Philosophy

All of us here at Cottonfield are excited and pleased about the products we offer our customers and the energy that goes into creating them. We are dedicated to producing comfortable, high-quality clothing and to ensuring your satisfaction.

Our Guarantee

We understand that between ordering and receiving an item, you may change your mind about it. All of our items are fully inspected before shipping for possible defects. If, for any reason, however, you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 10 business days of receiving the product and we will gladly arrange for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. Underwear, however, is normally not refundable unless it is defective. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns that you may have regarding underwear that you have purchased and we will be happy to assist you. To avoid a potential return or exchange, feel free to call us during normal business hours with any questions you may have regarding the product.

Our Criteria for Returns and Exchanges

  • It has not been worn and has remained in its original condition (with tags on, etc)
  • And, It has not been washed
  • Or: It is defective

**Please note that any items returned that have been washed and/or worn will not be accepted for credit unless defective and authorization was given from Cottonfield. Any washed and/or worn items received without special authorization will be sent back to you at your expense for shipping.

Our Process for Returns and Exchanges

  • Notify us via email, phone, or fax of your request within 10 business days to obtain a return authorization number. Messages left on our toll-free number will be answered promptly during normal business hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 EST.
  • If your request fulfills the criteria mentioned above we will approve your request.
  • Once your request is approved, please mail the product back to us. A copy of the original invoice (if possible) and the return authorization included are greatly appreciated along with any details that we should be aware of.
  • Please know that all returns and exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible.
  • Policy Regarding Return and Exchange Shipping Fees: The customer is always responsible for the shipping expenses incurred when shipping to Cottonfield regardless of whether the item is being refunded or exchanged. The only exception is if the item has been examined and agreed to be defective. On your first exchange of the calendar year, we will pay for the exchanged product to be shipped back to you. For subsequent exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to and from Cottonfield.

Our Process for Defective Items

  • Notify us via email, phone, fax, or mail of your concern to obtain a return authorization number.
  • Once your request is approved, please mail the product back to us. Please include a copy of the original invoice (if possible) and the return authorization along with any details that we should be aware of.
  • We will examine the defective item, and if the claim is true, an exchange or refund will be credited to you in the original payment form.
